Hi Art. Love the amp in every regard and so do a couple of my friends. I use it primarily with a Svetlana EL34 and it rocks and the clean sound is stunning.
I have a buddy who wants to buy one but if you still have one he would like to go the less expensive route (who knows?) and buy an M2-7R - he understands the difference but is watching his pennies. Same USPS shipping deal.
Your amp is pretty well all I use now. Funny how that happened.
In shines in every regard. And a KT77 which is an EL34 substitute works just fine - nothing blew up or started smoking.
Please let me know and I will attempt to connect the two of you.
Thanks Art and best regards. I hope you are well and getting some business.
I've played the amp with different guitars, and I must say, I am very impressed. It's very responsive to my attack and sounds great with different styles. I'm playing it on a gig on Friday, and I'm sure players will enjoy the tone. I'll try to see if I can get a video and send it your way. The guitar players that I've let play through it are very impressed too! It's light and is everything that I need. It also looks cool. Thanks for being very responsive and easy to work with.
Not too much more that I can ask that I would like. I usually leave adding effects such as reverb and delay up to the soundman to add from the board. I might have to get a combo Customer Feedback - Thanks to all for your support!

Not too much more that I can ask that I would like. I usually leave adding effects such as reverb and delay up to the soundman to add from the board. I might have to get a someday just to have a little reverb if needed. Though, I usually do not play with any and like to plug straight into the amp. It's great that I can play everything from Joe Pass styles to Jimi Hendrix and the tone is nailed. When I plugged in a Klon Centaur overdrive, the richness and evenness of the tone from the amp was just astounding! Zero compression and just a nice breakup of the tubes. Maybe someday we can add tweed to the outside of the amp just for kicks! Not sure how that would affect the tone. You are definitely getting a lot of efficiency out of the tubes and really know what you're doing. Also, there is hardly any noise coming from the amp. However, when I plugged the amp in the first time, the volume knob had a little noise/crackling coming from it when I was adjusting it, but I just rotated the knob and the crackling appears to have gone. At first, there was a little humming coming from the head, but the more that I play it, the more it seems to disappear. I'll keep you posted if it continues. It probably just needs someone to play it :)
You are an electronic maestro - thanks for the tone magic. It's like a 50 year old Princeton with a nasty crunch at high volume. And quiet, all in all an amazing piece of equipment.
I have no excuse for my sound now, just play.

From Walter
Mr. Nace, one of your M2-7R amp heads arrived at my place today from Willcutt Guitars. I wanted you to know that I'm more than pleased with it and will recommend it to anyone who will listen. You've made an old guitar player in eastern Canada very happy. When you have a little spare time perhaps you could create a bass guitar amp. Thanks again.
